Carrot cake (Brazilian recipe) is different from North American one. This is a simple recipe with carrots, free range eggs, oil, organic flour, and sugar - nothing more. For complete this little happiness, we add to it a ganache Brigadeiro chocolate by-above. "Yum yum" you said !?
