This cake is the best chocolate cake in the world! No, the recipe is not Brazilian, but we put our "twist" on it by adding our Brigadeiro chocolate ganache on top. A true delight! 

Made with cocoa and grated zucchini, this recipe isn't very (or too) sweet. Perfect for a snack or to enjoy with a freshly brewed coffee. 


Ingredients: organic flour, sugar, canola oil, free range eggs, cocoa, grated zucchini, baking powder. Brigadeiro ganache: condensed milk, butter, chocolate, cocoa, 35% cream.
